I have never liked working out alone at home. I either need to get out of the house, preferably to the gym to sling weights around, or have someone to play with. In the last few years, I have learned to create a movement practice. I can now entertain myself at the gym for hours without resorting to using weights or machines. This is new! Now I’m helping others get moving at home too, learning to use body weight or whatever you have on hand to exercise, get stronger and fitter, and feel better.
