Caramel Cranberry Sauce with Xylitol

Ingredients 1 cup cranberries 1/2 cup xylitol 2 tbs butter 2 tbs heavy cream

Heat xylitol over medium until it melts. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. Stir in heavy cream. Add cranberries and cook on low until berries are soft. Mash them with wooden spoon. Test for sweetness (warning! It’s hot!!!)
